Cultured Code has released a big update to its awesome task manager app Things. The new version is packed with features that take advantage of iOS 17, watchOS 10, and iPadOS 17.
All three platforms are loaded with widget features. , and Things 3.19 supports them all.
Home screen widgets on iPhone and iPad are now interactive. This means you can check off tasks in the Things widget without having to open the app. This will ensure a smooth transition to the next task.
iPadOS 17 also introduces lock screen widgets, and Things has plenty of options for your iPad.
Widgets are also available in the Widgets section . Apple Watch with new Smart Stack feature. Things can display your next three tasks when you enable the app widget on Apple Watch. The Apple Watch app has also been designed to match the new style of watchOS 10.
Of course, there's more to iOS 17 than just widgets. Take standby mode for example. This new mode appears when you charge your iPhone in landscape orientation. Applications may appear here as … widgets. Okay, iOS 17 is really all about widgets.
Things in StandBy features a large list of tasks that you can scroll through at a glance. When used in the dark, the Things text color changes to red on black to make it easier on the eyes.
