Pre-orders for iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro started this morning, with first shipments scheduled for September 22. Within hours of placing the first orders, Apple began informing customers that their new iPhone 15 was “ready to ship.”
iPhone 15 pre-orders go through four different stages: processing, pre-shipment, shipping and delivery. We expect the first pre-orders for the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro to start arriving sometime this weekend.
You can log into your Apple account to check the status of your order. There were a number of glitches during the pre-order process this morning, but those customers who were able to place their orders on time have now been told their iPhone 15 is “ready to ship.”
Keep in mind that pre-orders for the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro are unlikely to arrive before the official release date, regardless of when they actually go on sale. Apple is working closely with its partners such as UPS to ensure that all iPhone 15 pre-orders are delivered no earlier than launch day, which is September 22nd.
However, one of the most popular activities of each iPhone season is tracking your iPhone as it travels around the world and arrives at your front door.
