There are still rumors of a new MacBook Air with a 15-inch display coming in spring 2023.
A 15-inch MacBook Air has been rumored since early 2021, but little is known about the potential machine other than the display size. Now that the MacBook Air M2 has been released, rumors of a new larger product are starting to take hold.
According to a paid tweet from display supply chain analyst Ross Young, the new MacBook Air will have a 15.5-inch display, which is different from his previous prediction of a 15.2-inch display. It is expected to be released in the spring of 2023.
Whistleblower and analyst Ming-Chi Kuo also shared details about the upcoming 15-inch MacBook Air. However, he believed that it would not enter production until the end of 2023, and it could not be called a MacBook Air.
When numerous rumors point to the existence of a product, it usually means that Apple is at least planning to release it. There is no guarantee that this MacBook will see the light of day until Apple announces the product and release window.
