While the famous Charlie Brown special will no longer air on ABC this Thanksgiving, it will be available on Apple TV+. Here's how and when to watch for free.
It's been a regular part of the season since the 1970s, but this year you'll have to look elsewhere to watch Charlie Brown's Thanksgiving. After Apple TV+ bought the rights to everything related to Charlie Brown, it will no longer be shown on ABC or PBS — but it can still be seen for free.
This is partly because Apple is making the special edition free to watch on Apple TV+ for a limited period of time.
When to watch on Apple TV+

You can watch this special and any other available Apple TV+ shows and series in four different ways. This includes official Apple apps, such as those for the iPhone.
However, there is also the Apple TV set-top box, and there are also selected smart TVs.
But almost anyone on any platform can watch online through any modern browser. Browser streaming may be most convenient for people who only want these specials and don't have an Apple device.

- Find a show and press Play
- Either watch it on your computer or stream it to your TV of choice
