Apple this morning shared the details of its annual Black Friday holiday shopping experience, which offers up to $250 in Black Friday gift cards to new device buyers. Along with this, the company also posted a breakdown of the “last dates to order holiday gifts” with free shipping.
As expected Apple says it's too late to order the iPhone 14 Pro or iPhone 14 Pro Max by Christmas. The company says you would need to order before November 15th to have one of these devices blocked. But the rest of the iPhone lineup is still widely available:

The Apple Watch line is also still widely available for Christmas shipping. This is especially noticeable for the Apple Watch Ultra, which has faced supply constraints since its announcement in September.
