Apple today released tvOS 16.1.1 update, which is available for third Generations of Apple TV 4K. Apple says this update fixes an issue where Apple TV unable to install apps.
Apple TV third generation; 4K was released in early November and this update is only available for new models. This fix is likely to fix an issue where a 128 GB Apple TV 4K owners will see a warning that they've run out of storage space when using just 64GB.
The tvOS 16.1.1 update can be downloaded wirelessly via the Settings app at Apple TV at go to System -> Software update. Apple TV owners who have automatic software updates turned on will be automatically updated to tvOS 16.1.1.
