Apple has always had a strong stance on ecology and sustainability, but now it's pushing it even harder. for the Wonderlust Apple event with pins made from recycled material.
One of Apple's core missions is to leave the planet better than we found it. The pursuit of sustainability and environmentalism is never-ending, and while the company is an industry leader in its commitment to clean energy and donations, it still has work to do.
One of the first signs of Apple's strong commitment to greener materials was its icons. Typically these badges are made of plastic, but they appear to be made from eco-friendly material.
The icon design hasn't changed much in 2023. The Apple logo is still green, but has a gradient.
Many posts on X suggest that the badges are made from recycled materials. This means that employees share it with badge recipients or it is in some material published at the event.

At the Wonderlust event, Apple will present not only the iPhone 15 and Apple Watch Series 9. Rumor has it that Apple will announce the abandonment of leather in the name of protecting the environment.
Apple previously made sweeping changes to its product line to reduce its impact on emissions and waste. For example, the iPhone box is much smaller and lighter than before because it no longer comes with power adapters.
