Apple today announced a new line of MacBook Pros featuring M3, M3 Pro and M3 Max chips that deliver significant CPU and GPU performance processor. horse racing
The lineup now starts with the lower-priced 14-inch MacBook Pro with an M3 base model. There are also regular higher-end configurations with the M3 Pro and M3 Max available in 14- and 16-inch sizes. The M3 allows Apple to offer a lower starting price of $1,599.
The new M3 series GPU includes features such as dynamic caching and ray tracing. and more to deliver the biggest leap in graphics performance.
Apple says the M3 Pro is 20% faster than the previous generation M2 equivalent. Meanwhile, the M3 Max is almost 2x faster than the M2 Max.
With the M3 Max, the MacBook Pro can now support up to 128GB of RAM. Battery life is rated at up to 22 hours, and Apple says the laptops deliver the same performance on both mains and battery power.
Visually, the chassis and exterior design of the laptops appear identical. The focus here is on the transition from M2 to M3. However, the internal Liquid Retina XDR display has received additional brightness. And to stand out from the crowd, Apple is offering a new Space Black color scheme that looks simply stunning.
The new MacBook Pro M3 is available to order today, along with the M3 Pro and M3 Max in 14- and 16-inch screens. MacBook Pro models will go on sale next week. The budget M3 model starts at $1,599, a new lower starting price for the 14-inch MacBook Pro.
